Dami’s expertise and proactive approach have been instrumental in ensuring the discovery phase of our LMS project has run smoothly. From the outset Dami has worked diligently to ensure the stakeholder workshops were engaging, informative and clearly structured to ensure deliverables were apparent to all. Dami demonstrated a deep understanding of our requirements and consistently guided the stakeholders on recommendations. Her ability to collaborate effectively with all the internal teams at the NLC and adapt to evolving priorities made a significant difference in meeting our timelines and objectives.

 

In particular Dami excelled in managing all the different stakeholders; which encompassed working with a broad range of team members with differing levels of understanding and priorities. She worked to ensure no stone was left unturned in ensuring all requirements were captured and was very successful in staying on mission and not getting distracted.
